Student Academic Counseling
Each student has an academic advisor appointed by the department head. Student counselling is carried out by academic staff to guide the student in the syllabus, academic, administrative and social issues. At the beginning of each semester, the courses to be followed by the student are determined by the recommendation of the academic advisor. When necessary, the approval of the department head and the decision of the relevant board of directors are requested.
Coordination between academic advisors is provided by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs. Responsibilities and duties of the academic advisors are established with the 'Student Academic Advisory Directive.
