Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University made it its mission to make life in TRNC easier for its international students, to make TRNC popular and to organize events which encourage students to study in TRNC.
In this context; it is aimed to make the university environment attractive for them by enabling international students to mix with all other students.
Admission Requirements
- Completed application form
- Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalents (e.g. O/A’Level, WAEC/NECO)
- Evidence of English Language competence: TOEFL (65 IBT) or IELTS (5.5). Students without these documents will take the Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University's English proficiency exam on campus following arrival.
- Scanned copy of international passport/birth certificate
- Fully completed and signed Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University's Rules and Regulations document (which can be downloaded during the online application)
Evaluation of the application by Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University International Office
A prospective student applies to Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University by creating a profile using their e-mail address, filling in the online application form, and uploading the below requested documents through the application system or via our local representative offices.
Issuing Conditional Acceptance Letter
If eligible, prospective students receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter via e-mail.
Initial minimum payment $ 1,500
The initial deposit payment of $ 1,500, as stated on the Conditional Acceptance Letter, must be transferred to the OKKU bank account through your local bank.
Unconditional Acceptance Letter
After the deposit payment is made, prospective students will receive their Unconditional Acceptance Letter via e-mail.
Apply for a transit visa (if necessary)
With the unconditional Acceptance Letter, prospective students may apply for their transit visa at the nearest Turkish Embassy (if necessary).
Share your flight details with us in order to arrange transportation for you from Ercan Airport
Prospective students book their flights to North Cyprus, Ercan Airport and inform the International Marketing Office of their flight details in order to organize their transportation to the OKKU campus.
