Each year, the Rector's Office determines and announces the application date, duration and exact registration requirements for university admission. For all procedures related to entry to the university, students should apply to the Registrar's Office.
The student may register late based on the apology accepted by the Petition and Appeal Review Commission. The late registration period is 2 weeks following the commencement date of the courses. The number of additional fees to be applied for late registration is determined by the Board of Trustees before the registration periods each year and applied by the Rectorate.
The student may withdraw his / her registration upon written application to the Registrar's Office by completing the procedures required by the University Administration. Students who do not attend 25% or more of a course or study without any valid excuse within a semester are deemed unsuccessful and receive an "F" grade.
