The first promotion and appointment of Professorship of Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University has been administrated

Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University assistant professor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Remiye Terkan has fulfilled all the criteria for the Professorship title and her application for promotion and appointment to Professorship have been evaluated.

Today, at Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Senate Meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan’s application file submitted to the Senate for review and approval has received positive opinions from 5 Professors of the Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Senate and the decision for Terkan’s promotion and appointment to Professorship has been passed by the approval of all Senate Members.

Terkan’s receival of the title of Professorship is marked the first promotion – appointment for Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University. Therefore, it facilitated a flood of emotions where all Academics were moved by this significant day. After the finalization of the Senate decision, Terkan has become emotional and touched by this achievement and further expressed her gratitude to team members for sharing her pride and joy with her.
