A protocol agreement was signed between Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University (OKKU) and Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association (KTOÖD).
In the agreement signed on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 11:00, the projects related to the meeting of young people and young minds and brainstorming were discussed. In the signed contract, the mutual benefits to be realized between OKKU and KTOÖD will be activities that will raise awareness of our country's youth and society's awareness, OKKU Deputy Rector Assoc. Dr. Remziye Terkan and KTOÖD President Mr. Günay Kibrit agreed that our only goal is to raise public awareness, raise awareness and develop young people with the right perspective. KTOÖD President Günay Kibrit said, “Universities are of great importance in transforming society and in social engineering, that awareness and awareness of the disabled can only be formed through education. Noting that it is a very important step taken for disability awareness efforts, he thanked the entire OKKU family on behalf of the disabled, while stating that OKKÜ Acting Rector Assoc. Dr. Remziye Terkan said, “We are happy to sign such a contract with KTOÖD. Although our university does not recognize any obstacles, the value and importance we attach to each individual of our society in the protocol signed with KTOÖD is indisputable.
