A training protocol was signed between Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University (OKKÜ) and Cyprus Turkish Public Officials Union (KTAMS).

In the agreement signed at Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Rector's office on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:00, the educational opportunities of Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University were mentioned. During the protocol signing ceremony, OKKU Secretary General Dr. Meryem First was also present. In the signed protocol, OKKU Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan and KTAMS President, Mr. Güven Bengihan, are united in the idea that the aim is to contribute to all kinds of education for our people in the difficult conditions we are in and to provide a forward-looking education range together.

KTAMS President Güven Bengihan said, “Our universities are our social value. We would like to thank OKKU for wanting to work with us on education and for the sensitivity it has shown on the subject. He thanked the OKKU committee on behalf of the employees for providing such a training opportunity, saying, "The signed training protocol will be auspicious for both parties."

OKKU Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan said, “We are very happy to renew the training protocol with KTAMS. All of our initiatives are an educational investment movement made in our people, employees and our future. This subject is one of the main objectives of Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University.
