YÖDAK President and Members visited Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University.
The Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YODAK) held a visit to Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University (OKKU) at 11:00 on Friday, February 03, 2023. In the first meeting held at the Rectorate's office, Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye TERKAN, Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Secretary General Dr. Meryem BİRİNCİ, Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University officials, Dr. Tekin BİRİNCİ and Mr. Hilmi BİRİNCİ were found. In the speech on the work and vision of Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University, very good thoughts and evaluations were put forward.
Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye TERKAN took the first word before the audit, expressing her satisfaction with the visit of the President and Members of YODAK, and said, “Our university fulfills all the study requirements with precision. Our goal is to advance successfully on the path of science with a universal educational contribution.” YODAK President Prof. Dr. Turgay Avcı said, “The number of universities in the country is increasing day by day and the increase in the number of universities will increase the competition. Therefore, this is a very important point for a higher quality education.”During the warm conversation between the University and YODAK Members, Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University official, Dr. Tekin BİRİNCİ said , “ We are doing what is necessary for the breakthroughs that will be put forward on behalf of our Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University and that will benefit the future and the society.” Then YODAK President Prof. Dr. Turgay Avcı and Prof. Dr. Okan ŞAFAKLI, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin UZUNBOYLU, Prof. Dr. Hülya HARUTOĞLU and Prof. Dr. Ali ÜNYAYAR conducted a detailed audit of the Programming and Software Development Laboratory for the Software Engineering Program. At the end of the detailed audit, YODAK President and Members went to the office of Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University official Dr. Tekin Birinci and held a a positive and constructive meeting with the delegation on future studies.
