Each year, the Rector's Office determines and announces the application date, duration and exact registration requirements for university admission. For all procedures related to entry to the university, students should apply to the Registrar's Office.

The student may register late based on the apology accepted by the Petition and Appeal Review Commission. Late registration period is 2 weeks following the commencement date of the courses. The amount of additional fees to be applied for late registration is determined by the Board of Trustees before the registration periods each year and applied by the Rectorate.

Student Academic Counseling: Each student has an academic advisor appointed by the department head. Student counseling is carried out by academic staff to guide the student in the syllabus, academic, administrative and social issues. At the beginning of each semester, the courses to be followed by the student are determined by the recommendation of the academic advisor. When necessary, the approval of the department head and the decision of the relevant board of directors are requested. Coordination between academic advisors is provided by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs. Responsibilities and duties of the academic advisors are established with the 'Student Academic Advisory Directive.

One of the most important elements of Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University life is a social life that students need to develop on their own. A perspective that is only academic-oriented is a barrier to one of the most important achievements of the university which is to assess the opportunity to communicate and socialize with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Being aware of this fact, our university supports social activities aimed at the personal and cultural development of its students by supporting different interests.

The student may withdraw his / her registration upon written application to the Registrar's Office by completing the procedures required by the University Administration. Students who do not attend 25% or more of a course or study without any valid excuse within a semester are deemed unsuccessful and receive an "F" grade.
